Release notes
What changed, and when.
Every report names the version that produced it. This is what each version changed.
Version 3.0.0
Shipped 24 August 2026. Engine CP·AU·2026·ENG·V1, score method CP·AU·2026·SCORE·V1.1.
- Every state and territory
- All eight jurisdictions return a scored assessment, each tested live with a real address in its capital.
- ACT parcels
- Canberra parcels now resolve from the Territory Plan service and get a full score, where before they sent you to an external portal.
- South Australia
- Zoning resolves from the Planning and Design Code schedule for the council, marked as such in the report, with a link to SAPPA to confirm.
- Northern Territory
- When the NT map server is down, zoning resolves from the encoded NT Planning Scheme. The score stands; only map imagery is missing.
- Planning layers
- Map overlays read the right layer from each state service. On a New South Wales test boot, all 15 zoning tiles loaded with no failures.
- Faster failure
- A planning service that doesn’t answer now times out and retries once, so a dead server costs seconds, not most of a minute.
- Address search
- Suggestions now appear above the map instead of behind it.
How we version
Two numbers matter when you read a report.
- App version
- The desktop app that produced the report, for example 3.0.0.
- Score method
- The scoring rules and weights, for example SCORE V1.1. A new method version can change a score for the same site, so we name it on every report.
