What the output is

The output is a screening of a parcel against published planning instruments, as they were on the currency date printed in the report. It shows the controls that we read, the clause for each control, and the score that the method gives.

The output is not a quantity surveyor’s estimate. It is not a valuation. It is not planning advice. Before you commit to a site, verify each control against the council’s records and get professional advice.

When a control does not resolve

If a control does not resolve to a clause, the report shows PENDING. The score does not use a guessed value for that control.
